First, let me welcome you to my hometown! My name is Veronica Arpi and I am a real estate agent here in Cuenca. I grew up here and have been fortunate to have seen all the changes in the city over the last 20 years. We’ve grown from a small mountain-top town, to a cosmopolitan city that has so much to offer anyone looking to settle here. I’ve been in the real estate business here for 13 years, during both “booms” and “busts,” and I’ve seen many of the condominiums buildings here in Cuenca get built. I’ve got roots here. I was also lucky enough to go to high school in the United States. The years I spent there helped me to get to know what many of my customers expect when buying a property.
